Our Twin Oaks team members are prepared to help you determine which size and type best suits your needs. It takes five to six weeks to get installed from time of purchase. Don’t delay! A non-refundable security deposit of $1500 is required at purchase. The remainder will be due at install. Above-ground shelters that will be outside need to be on a concrete pad. Tennessee Storm Shelters can pour the pad for an additional $2000. These come in several sizes. See our pricing guide for more information. Both types of shelters are rated to withstand F5 tornado events.
